Factors that distort Sleep Patterns

As Sleep is very essential for our live, it is also a part of our life. Taking good nap or sleep makes our body feel energetic, active or physically or mentally fit. But, if our body is unable to take sleep properly, then it can harm our physical, mental and overall well-being. These kind of sleep problem can arise in our body because of many reasons such as stress, work anxiety, family relationships, depression and so on. Distorted sleep patterns, also known as sleep disturbances or sleep disorders, can be influenced by various factors. Here are some key contributors:
